Warranties
Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer. For specific information regarding the warranty for the product(s) you have purchased, please contact your sales associate. Warranties provide coverage for repair or replacement of product. Any expenses incurred for labour or other expenses are not covered by any warranty.

Please note that warranties are provided to the original residential consumer owner and products must be installed by a licensed plumber (proof of this may be requested).

It is advisable to take a photocopy of any documentation provided with the product before giving to the installer, as this information is crucial and can easily be misplaced on a busy job site.
